“Healthy Mother , Healthy Child , and Healthy Nation”

A CME at SAL INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES WAS ORGANIZED Taking Forward the national theme “Healthy Mother , Healthy Child , and Healthy Nation” and to contribute the prosperity of the country. The CME was blessed by dignitaries – Dr. Neha Shah (Managing Director, SAL Education) , Dr. Jignesh Shah (President , AMA) , Dr. Nayan Jani (Additional Director , Family welfare , Gandhinagar) , Dr. Sanket Patel (Deputy Health Officer, AMC), Dr. Pradip Kumar (IIPHG – Indian Institute Of Public Health, Gandhinagar), Dr. Nitin Shah (CEO) , Dr. Himanshu Joshi (Dean) , Dr. Sunil Tyagi (Medical Superintendent) and Dr. Vijay Pandya (Additional Dean). The learned and experienced faculties highlighted the present scenario of maternal and neonatal mortality and suggested the ways to reduce them. The CME was attended enthusiastically by 150 Doctors and Interns. The Program was organized by Departments of Community Medicine , OB-GY and Pediatrics.
